Our Story
ARNE B.V. is a medical device company based in the Netherlands, focused on advancing neonatal care. Founded on the vision of Dr. Tim Antonius from Radboud UMC, we created the ARNE device, the world’s first Clinical Decision Support System for newborn life support. This innovative device combines real-time vital signs with newborn care guidelines to support resuscitation and training.
With over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry, ARNE B.V. is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions. We provide direct sales and support in several European markets and work with distributors to reach hospitals worldwide.

As co-founder of ARNE, NLC has been an integral part of the company’s journey from day one. NLC is a leading healthtech venture builder, specializing in identifying high-potential medical innovations across Europe, particularly those originating from academic hospitals, universities, and corporates that might otherwise never reach the market.
After recognizing the potential of the ARNE NLS technology, NLC partnered with Neonatologist Tim Antonius to establish and build the company around this innovation.
In day-to-day operations, NLC continues to play a vital role by providing hands-on support across a wide range of areas.
This strong partnership allows ARNE to focus on what matters most: delivering life-saving clinical decision support for neonatal care and empowering delivery room teams across the globe.

Provincie Gelderland supports ARNE B.V. and Innofuse in joint innovation project
ARNE B.V. is collaborating with Innofuse on an exciting research and development project aimed at creating new, innovative solutions within our field of expertise.
This project is supported by Provincie Gelderland through a grant provided under the MIT R&D collaboration scheme. The program encourages innovation and cooperation among SMEs, helping companies work together on the development of new technologies, products, and services with regional and societal impact.
